The buyer seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide annual auditing and advisory services. The selected firm will conduct audits of general-purpose financial statements and Single Audit of Federal Awards. • Perform annual audits of general-purpose financial statements
• Conduct Single Audit of Federal Awards (OMB Uniform Guidance)
• Review internal controls and accounting procedures
• Prepare Statement of Cash Flows
• Provide assistance with accounting and reporting questions
• Help implement new GASB pronouncements
• Submit final reports to Board of Trustees
• Communicate conclusions in independent auditor's report
• Provide management letter on internal control weaknesses
• Determine compliance with Federal award programs
