• Be a non-profit, for-profit organization or other legally constituted business entity
• Be a nonprofit corporation as required by SAPT Block Grant guidelines
• Have current Medi-Cal Certification or ability to become Medi-Cal Certified
• Have no record of unsatisfactory performance with any government agency

• Provide outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment services
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial multidimensional assessments
• Implement evidence-based treatment models and curriculum
• Provide care coordination and case management services
• Attend court hearings and provide reports to the court
• Conduct random drug testing
• Provide transportation for clients to court dates
• Collaborate with Drug Court Team and other stakeholders
• Offer recovery services and aftercare
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
