Services include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, analyzing findings, and making certification recommendations. Buyer anticipates the greatest need for supplemental certification services in the first six months after launching a new certification portal.

• Minimum 3 years experience conducting analysis of firms seeking DBE/MBE/WBE certification
• Experience conducting site visits of applicant firms
• Minimum 3 years experience using Certification Software like B2GNow

• Review local firm eligibility and supporting documentation
• Conduct desk audits and virtual/on-site interviews with applicants
• Analyze findings on group membership, ownership, and control
• Prepare certification recommendations consistent with M/WBE Program rules
• Present and defend certification review findings to SLDC's certifying body
• Provide technical assistance and training on certification services
