Buyer seeks professional planning services to update the City's Comprehensive Plan. The plan will focus on physical development over 15-20 years, aligned with city goals and policies. It will cover land use, housing, transportation, infrastructure, economic development, water, hazards, and implementation. The plan requires community input and must address future growth and development patterns.

• 7/3/2024 - RFP Issue Date
• 8/6/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Lead planner must have minimum 10 years experience in land use planning
• Master's degree in urban planning and AICP membership may substitute for 5 years experience

• Update City's Comprehensive Plan for next 15-20 years
• Develop land use, housing, transportation, and infrastructure elements
• Include economic development, water, and hazards mitigation sections
• Conduct community input and engagement process
• Create implementation plan for goals, objectives, and policies
