• Develop coastal hazards assessment using localized climate projections
• Conduct wave and runup modeling and analyze shoreline trends
• Develop coastal feasibility studies with technical design alternatives
• Analyze impacts of nature-based and living shoreline adaptation options
• Conduct literature review of existing plans and documents
• Develop phased sea level rise adaptation treatment plan and designs
• Organize and conduct public and stakeholder engagement activities
• Analyze transportation planning issues including bicycle and pedestrian facilities
