The role involves overseeing the Project Management Team, coordinating with vendors and business resources, and managing all aspects of the project from planning to go-live. The project manager will be responsible for tracking project health, quality assurance, change control, and stakeholder management. The engagement is expected to last through approximately July 2027.

- 7+ years program/project management experience
- Experience overseeing enterprise-level technology projects
- PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or equivalent certifications
- Lead Project Management Team and facilitate meetings
- Manage project plan execution and provide status updates
- Coordinate between vendor team and business resources
- Maintain project schedule and track issues/risks
- Assist with business process mapping and re-engineering
- Oversee configuration, data conversion, and integrations
- Coordinate change management strategies
- Lead issue resolution and escalate as necessary
- Assist with vendor contract administration
- Oversee testing, training, and cutover planning
