Buyer is seeking pre-qualification applications from staffing companies to provide various staffing services. The services include student support, strategy, and information technology roles. Buyer is also specifically looking for a Project Manager for their ERP Replacement Project. The Project Manager will lead the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

• 8/5/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years program/project management experience
• PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or equivalent certifications
• Experience overseeing enterprise-level technology projects

• Provide temporary and/or direct hire staffing services
• Support student services roles like Speech Pathology and School Psychology
• Offer strategy services including Project Acceleration and Program Management
• Supply IT professionals such as Business Analysts and Project Managers
• Manage on-site resources if applicable
• Complete required documentation including W9 and insurance certificates
• Disclose any District employee associations
• Implement new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Lead Project Management Team for ERP implementation
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and risk management
