Buyer seeks an experienced team to develop a food education curriculum for elementary school students. The curriculum will focus on increasing students' sense of agency, belonging, and mastery in making informed decisions about nutrition and well-being. Buyer requires the creation of approximately 48 lessons across three grade bands, incorporating project-based learning, anti-racism lens, and universal design for learning principles. The curriculum will be piloted by AmeriCorps members and revised based on feedback cycles.

• Create approximately 48 lessons and supporting resources based on identified objectives
• Develop content specific to ecology, food tastings, cooking, and gardening for each grade band
• Incorporate age-appropriate tiered vocabulary in lessons
• Design lessons adaptable for community and student interests
• Implement scaffolding for student accessibility and preferred learning styles
• Engage in iterative development process with feedback cycles
• Revise lessons based on pilot feedback from AmeriCorps members
• Ensure lessons are rigorous, engaging, and culturally relatable
• Apply anti-racism lens to content and teaching using Universal Design for Learning
• Integrate Project Based Learning principles into curriculum design
