- Engage in iterative development process with feedback cycles
- Revise lessons based on pilot feedback from AmeriCorps members
- Ensure lessons are rigorous, engaging, and culturally relatable
- Apply anti-racism lens to content and teaching using Universal Design for Learning
- Integrate Project Based Learning principles into curriculum design
