• Project Manager shall have related experience in developing a municipal Economic Development Plan

• Engage economic network and partners to capitalize on existing knowledge and data
• Provide alignment with relevant existing documents and goals
• Conduct targeted assessment of relevant trends
• Evaluate return on City's existing investments
• Develop data-based, actionable plan to grow businesses and increase local revenues
• Identify responsible parties, timeframes, and budget for action
• Identify external funding strategies, incentives, and resources for public and private sectors
• Define meaningful and realistic performance metrics
