Audit Services Contract
Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission
The buyer is issuing this Task Order Request for Proposals to procure audit services for self-insured employers' workers' compensation programs. The purpose is to determine the validity and accuracy of claim payments, case reserve estimates, and reporting submitted by selected self-insured employers. The audit will cover the 2023 IC-1 report for eight specified employers. The contractor will develop an audit plan, verify reporting accuracy, assess compliance, and deliver internal control and compliance reports.

- Deliver internal control report and compliance report on audited self-insured employer
