Fort Wayne Housing Authority

The buyer is seeking a Certified Public Accounting Firm for audit services for a three-year period. The audit will cover fiscal years ending June 30, 2024, 2025, and 2026. The buyer requires audits for various housing programs in accordance with OMB Circular A-133 and other federal standards. The chosen firm will prepare financial statements, conduct compliance audits, and submit required reports to HUD and federal clearinghouses.

• At least $500,000 of General Liability Insurance
• At least $500,000 of Automobile Liability Insurance
• At least $1,000,000 of Professional Liability Insurance
• Properly licensed to perform audit services in Indiana

• Perform audit in accordance with OMB Circular A-133 for specified programs
• Prepare financial statements for various funds
• Conduct financial and compliance audit as required by HUD
• Submit Management Letter of Comments and Recommendations
• Comply with HUD guidelines and requirements
• Conduct exit conference with Executive Director and Audit Committee
• Submit data collection form SF-SAC to Federal Clearinghouse
• Submit reporting package to Indianapolis HUD office
• Provide detailed fee schedule for services
• Maintain required insurance coverage
