Buyer seeks a qualified strategic planning consultant to develop a Tourism Strategic Plan. The plan will set priorities, provide strategic guidance, and create a roadmap for the future of tourism in Baker County. The consultant will assist with the full scope of developing the plan and advise on the use of bed-tax funds in accordance with Florida Statute.

• Develop tourism strategic plan in accordance with Florida Statute bed-tax regulations
• Conduct destination SWOT analysis
• Create implementation plan with short, medium, and long-term strategies
• Define key performance metrics for tourism program
• Inform bed-tax dollar utilization and investment
• Create process for TDC, County Commission and staff collaboration
• Develop strategies for ecotourism and outdoor recreation promotion
• Analyze tourism feeder markets
• Recommend tools for continued tourism data collection
• Engage stakeholders including TDC, hotel leadership, and event producers
