Services will be provided for the State of Arizona, its Agencies, Boards and Commissions, and Participating Members of the State Purchasing Cooperative. The buyer intends to award multiple contracts to ensure coverage for all required services throughout Arizona. The estimated annual volume is $500,000 to $1 million, though the contract will be used on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of actual spend.

- Continuously provided municipal advisory services for state-level agencies for past five years
- Proven familiarity with Federal and Arizona laws relating to state-level borrowing
- Registered with SEC and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board
- Ability to provide services throughout Arizona
- Assist in preparing debt obligation financing plans
- Structure financial transactions and recommend best alternatives
- Attend meetings and make presentations to governing bodies
- Coordinate preparation of debt documents including Official Statements
- Handle printing and advertising arrangements for financing documents
- Assist in developing and reviewing requests for proposals
- Coordinate with rating agencies for credit ratings
- Prepare investor roadshows and presentations
- Oversee debt obligation pricing process
- Assist with SEC Rule 15c2-12 compliance
