Arizona Department of Administration

The buyer intends to award multiple contracts to ensure coverage for all required services throughout Arizona. The estimated annual volume is $500,000 to $1 million, though the contract will be used on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of actual spend.

• Continuously provided municipal advisory services for state-level agencies for past five years
• Proven familiarity with Federal and Arizona laws relating to state-level borrowing
• Registered with SEC and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board
• Ability to provide services throughout Arizona

• Assist in preparing debt obligation financing plans
• Structure financial transactions and recommend best alternatives
• Attend meetings and make presentations to governing bodies
• Coordinate preparation of debt documents including Official Statements
• Handle printing and advertising arrangements for financing documents
• Assist in developing and reviewing requests for proposals
• Coordinate with rating agencies for credit ratings
• Prepare investor roadshows and presentations
• Oversee debt obligation pricing process
• Assist with SEC Rule 15c2-12 compliance
