Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

The buyer seeks a contractor to develop a comprehensive economic development strategy (CEDS) for Missouri. The CEDS will drive federal funding into communities, improve programs and policies, and promote bold economic development ideas. The contractor will conduct economic analysis, engage stakeholders, create an action plan, and develop an evaluation framework. The final CEDS must meet EDA requirements and be submitted by March 31, 2025.
