• 12/13/2024 - Present Findings to WTDB

• Minimum of three years professional experience within past five years providing comparable services

• Define and describe Oregon's housing construction workforce
• Analyze near-term, mid-term, and long-term housing construction workforce demand
• Assess existing housing production workforce and talent development system
• Conduct DEIA analysis of housing production workforce and talent system
• Identify best practices and develop recommendations
• Develop and present final report to steering committee and WTDB
