• Experience in providing auditing and tax services to non-profit and public charter school sectors
• No conflicts of interest with RISE Prep's Board of Directors and staff
• Availability for field work in late August or September

• Conduct annual financial audits in accordance with GAAS and GASB standards
• Prepare audited financial statements, notes, and supplementary financial information
• Provide auditors' report as required by OMB Circular A-133
• Conduct UCOA audit as required by the state
• Prepare IRS Form 990 and applicable state forms
• Monitor compliance with selected state and federal regulations
• Submit reports before state and federal deadlines
• Potentially monitor and audit enrollment lottery process
• Produce Lottery Audit Report if required
• Limit lead audit partner to five consecutive fiscal years
