Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide Information Technology (IT) Staffing Services and IT Professional Services. The RFP is divided into two parts: IT Staffing Services and IT Professional Services. Respondents may bid on either or both components. Buyer requires temporary, 'temp-to-perm', and direct-hire permanent IT staff. Professional services are needed for various IT/IS initiatives.

• Supplied at least 50 distinct resources to healthcare systems over last 3 years
• Ability to provide fixed hourly rates for duration of initial term
• Willingness to work with Vaya, Roswell Park's Managed Services Provider
• Supplied at least 5 professional service engagements to healthcare systems over last 3 years

• Provide qualified temporary IT staff
• Offer 'temp-to-perm' IT staffing services
• Recruit direct-hire permanent IT staff
• Perform IT/IS professional services for various initiatives
• Deliver IT functional and technical staffing solutions
• Implement ServiceNow optimization services
• Integrate IT Service Management with Case Service Management
• Develop healthcare-specific IT solutions
• Manage clinical trial data using ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in IT services
