Macomb County Purchasing Department

The buyer is seeking community-based substance use and mental health outpatient treatment services for problem-solving court programs. Services include individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and psychiatric evaluations. The provider must attend court sessions, document participant progress, and use evidence-based treatment models. The contract is for a minimum of one year with possible extensions.

• Have necessary administrative and clerical support systems
• Have established financial system meeting accepted accounting principles
• Ability to relate to ethnically, racially, and economically diverse populations
• Have appropriately licensed/certified treatment staff and supervisors
• Agree to participate in evaluations with court and State Court Administrators Office

• Provide outpatient substance use and mental health treatment services
• Attend weekly team review sessions for problem-solving courts
• Conduct intake evaluations and assessments
• Offer individual psychotherapy sessions and group therapy
• Provide medication-assisted treatment for substance use
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication reviews
• Document participant attendance in Drug Court Case Management System
• Notify court of participant enrollment, termination, and non-compliance
• Use evidence-based treatment models
• Submit separate invoices for different court programs
