Artificial Intelligence Task Force Advisory and Coordinating Partner

The buyer seeks a Strategic Partner to advise, inform, coordinate, and assist the AI Task Force on operations and outcomes. The partner will support industry-specific working groups and advise on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks of AI adoption across the state. The effort involves approximately 18-20 hours per month over 12 months, totaling about 230 hours. The partner will assist in developing AI strategies, use cases, data governance, ethics frameworks, and training programs.

• Demonstrable experience in global, cross-domain strategic AI policy
• Demonstrable experience in AI risk mitigating control
• Knowledge of federal and state policies regarding data and AI
• Knowledge of ethical AI adoption across multiple industries
• Must be an SI consulting firm, not a product vendor

• Advise and coordinate AI Task Force operations and outcomes
• Facilitate Task Force agenda and workstreams with industry groups
• Provide collaboration tool for meetings and document sharing
• Develop AI strategy and roadmap aligned with state goals
• Assess industry-specific AI use cases
• Advise on data governance and quality management frameworks
• Inform on ethical AI guidelines and compliance plans
• Recommend AI training programs and workshops
• Propose change management and communication strategies
• Review Task Force deliverables and answer questions
