• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position with comparable responsibilities
• 5 years work experience with project management duties
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for Project Manager

• Design, implement, train, and maintain Project Controls/Project Management solution
• Provide Software-as-a-Service IT product and IT Services Management
• Implement and support ITIL4 practices
• Integrate with existing legacy systems
• Provide project management and implementation services
• Conduct background checks on employees and subcontractors
• Ensure data security and protection of confidential information
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance
• Conduct penetration testing of systems
• Provide training on the new solution
