The buyer is seeking transportation services for children within the Child & Adult Protective Services (CAPS) Division. Services are primarily needed in the Metro Denver area but may occasionally be required outside this region. The age range of children accessing transportation services is 5-18. The contractor must provide high-quality, flexible, and responsive transportation services to meet the changing demands of the CAPS division. This includes school transportation, extracurricular activities, and appointments as determined by the child's team.

• Provide transportation services for children ages 5-18 placed in foster care
• Transport children to school, extracurricular activities, and appointments
• Use electronic system to schedule and view rides
• Provide certified booster and car seats when applicable
• Allow caregivers to track and monitor transportation in real time
• Implement notification system for ride updates
• Maintain rider profile system for child security
• Conduct background checks on all drivers
• Provide trauma informed care and safe driving training to drivers
• Ensure compliance with state car seat regulations
