The buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Crisis Residential Treatment services at a county location. The program will deliver structured rehabilitative services in a non-institutional residential setting as an alternative to hospitalization. Services are for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric episodes or crises who do not require nursing care. The contract will be for three 12-month periods with a possibility of two 12-month renewals.

- Provide 24/7 crisis residential treatment services for adults experiencing psychiatric crisis
- Deliver structured rehabilitative services in a non-institutional residential setting
- Develop and implement treatment/rehabilitation plans for each client
- Provide psychiatric and medication support services
- Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and screenings for medical complications
- Provide case management and linkage to community resources
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting as required by regulations
- Ensure cultural and linguistic competence in service delivery
- Collaborate with county agencies and community stakeholders
