• Capture high-quality photos and videos of EOC students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders
• Record video of all student and legislator speeches
• Conduct video interviews with legislators and EOC Directors
• Create a 5-minute highlight video for marketing and advocacy
• Edit and deliver 100 top photos with lighting and blemish corrections
• Provide raw footage package including all images
• Set up interview corner with director chair
• Use lavalier lapel mics for high-quality audio
• Capture candid and arranged shots of participants
• Frame shots to include SUNY logo and EOC name/logo when possible
