The buyer is seeking a qualified event planning firm to provide planning and management services for their annual Supplier Diversity Conference. The primary goal is to encourage participation of minority and women-owned businesses and service-disabled veteran owned businesses on buyer contracts. Services include planning, production, coordination, marketing, presentation, and evaluation of the event. The in-person 2025 conference is tentatively scheduled for July 30, 2025.

• Develop cohesive brand strategy and theme for the event
• Create and manage online registration system and event website
• Coordinate speakers, workshops, and business meet-ups
• Manage marketing and promotion of the event
• Provide on-site logistical management and coordination
• Conduct post-event surveys and evaluations
