Varian Eclipse Software Support and Maintenance - KCVAMC

The buyer seeks a contractor to provide Varian Eclipse software support and maintenance. This includes full maintenance and support for hardware and software, both remotely and on-site. The contractor will be responsible for workstation replacement, software configuration, and system testing. Services must meet manufacturer's specifications, Federal Regulations, and FDA device certification. The contractor will provide 24/7 troubleshooting assistance and on-site support as needed.
- 1/20/2024 - Proposal Due Date
- Provide full maintenance and support for Varian Eclipse software remotely and on-site
- Perform hardware and software support, including updates and labor
- Replace workstations, re-install and configure Varian software, and test the system
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections according to manufacturer's literature
- Install operating system software updates provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer
- Provide 24/7 troubleshooting assistance via phone or remote diagnostics
- Dispatch field service engineer for on-site support during business hours if needed
- Refresh Eclipse Calculation Workstations and Non-Calculation Workstation during base year
- Maintain hardware and software in fully functional condition
- Ensure services meet manufacturer's specifications, Federal Regulations, and FDA device certification
