  • Personnel licensed to conduct Lead-Paint Inspections and Risk Assessments
  • Have a Unique Entity Identification (UEI)
  • Registered in www.sam.gov
  • Experience conducting appropriate testing and assessments for residential housing
  • Perform residential Lead-based paint Inspection and Risk Assessments in Lewiston housing
  • Take minimum required dust and soil samples for HUD compliance
  • Analyze lab results according to HUD and Maine DEP standards
  • Provide signed Lead Reports compliant with HUD and Maine DEP
  • Complete follow-up inspections and provide report addendums as needed
  • Perform residential Radon Testing in Lewiston housing (alternate bid item)
  • Provide lab reports and analysis for Radon Testing
  • Conduct Risk Assessment updates for expired assessments
