The contractor will provide confidential services and work to integrate with existing health benefits.

- At least 5 years experience providing similar services
- Recent experience within past 3 years in K-12 environment
- At least one satisfactory reference from similar contract in last 3 years
- Provide 24-hour crisis hotline staffed by mental health professionals
- Offer up to six face-to-face counseling sessions for employees and family members
- Provide critical incident response counseling for traumatic events
- Offer work/life assistance for issues like childcare, elder care, and financial coaching
- Conduct 40 hours of onsite training and wellness seminars annually
- Provide monthly utilization reports and employee/supervisor satisfaction data
- Participate in benefits open houses and job fairs as requested
- Distribute promotional materials like pamphlets and posters to school locations
