  • Analyze factors including location, size, geotechnical investigation, traffic plans
  • Provide structural engineering recommendations and civil site improvements
  • Conduct site planning and associated cost analysis
  • Evaluate existing conditions and potential limitations on redevelopment
  • Develop site plan and massing options
  • Determine parking demand needs and conduct traffic impact study
  • Evaluate economic market dynamics for mixed-use development
  • Offer assessment of product allocation mix supported by constraints
  • Prepare dynamic pro forma reflecting variable product mix and revenue streams
