Buyer seeks a Project Coordinator for the Interagency Cooperative Action Network (ICAN) project. The project focuses on serving adults with disabilities from BIPOC and underserved communities, ages 18-64 years old across Colorado. The coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, ensure engagement with BIPOC communities, and oversee implementation of the ICAN intervention. The project aims to test the impact of a team assisting potentially eligible individuals in acquiring SSA Disability Benefits while concurrently working/seeking employment.

• 1/31/2025 - Notice of Intent to Award/Non-Award

• Facilitate and manage ICAN Planning and Advisory team
• Build relationships with BIPOC communities and leaders
• Implement CLAS Standards and Disparity Impact Statement
• Establish and train Intervention Teams
• Screen applicants for ICAN study eligibility
• Execute MOUs with partners and contracts with vendors
• Coordinate training and technical assistance activities
• Prepare and draft SSA required reports
• Review and submit invoices and honorariums
• Ensure vendors are certified and trained in required models
