• Provide online tree management software subscription for 30 National Cemeteries
• Import existing databases for 14 cemeteries from Government-provided .xls files
• Set up management database for 16 additional cemeteries without existing inventories
• Create GIS base maps for each cemetery accessible within the online management database
• Maintain inventory data offsite on Contractor's server, accessible through internet
• Provide GIS-capable or non-GIS-capable database system based on individual cemetery needs
• Generate user-friendly work orders through the database system
• Provide annual subscription including one online remote live training session
• Offer unlimited access to online tutorials
• Ensure database is warranted, fully supported, backed up, and protected by Contractor
