Buyer seeks an event venue to host an Employee Appreciation event. The venue must provide food, parking, and entertainment for approximately 300 staff members. The event will take place on November 15, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The venue should offer separate areas for food service, gameplay, and a main gathering space. • Contractor shall be able to provide all items listed

• Provide event venue for RBHA Employee Appreciation on November 15, 2024
• Offer food service including appetizers, main course, and desserts
• Supply entertainment options including gameplay areas and golf ball hitting
• Manage audio-visual equipment including HD screens and live leaderboards
• Accommodate 300 guests for a 4-hour event from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Provide parking facilities for attendees
• Set up separate areas for food service, gameplay, and main gathering
• Ensure proper staffing for food service and event management
• Coordinate timing of food service (appetizers at 11 AM, main course at 1 PM)
• Offer vegetarian and special dietary options in the menu
