Buyer is a California Joint Powers Authority operating as a Community Choice Aggregator providing clean electricity to its member jurisdictions. Services include auditing financial statements, providing management letters, and reporting on internal controls.

• Currently certified to provide external auditing in California
• Extensive experience with public agencies and municipal governments
• Good standing and free from investigations or litigation
• Meet independence requirements as defined by GAAS
• Possess valid licenses in accordance with California law

• Audit financial statements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025
• Prepare report on fair presentation of financial statements
• Provide management letter of comments
• Report on internal control deficiencies or weaknesses
• Present audit findings to Board of Directors
• Evaluate system of internal controls
• Assess compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements
• Provide routine progress updates to CFO
• Recommend internal control enhancements
