Buyer is seeking qualified public accounting firms to perform specific audit functions. The engagement will be for calendar years 2025, 2026, and 2027. Proposals must be submitted electronically to the buyer. The assignment follows Connecticut General Statute §8-249(c)(4) and CHFA Procedure V-C-1.

• 6/13/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Qualified public accounting firm

• Perform annual financial audit for CHFA
• Audit in accordance with Connecticut General Statute §8-249(c)(4)
• Follow CHFA Procedure V-C-1 for audit processes
• Three-year engagement covering calendar years 2025-2027
• Submit audit reports electronically
• Present findings to CHFA board or committees
• Review internal controls and financial systems
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Provide management letter with recommendations
• Coordinate with CHFA staff throughout audit process
