Services include verifying debt service requirements, escrow cash flows, and bond yields for the refunding transaction. • Must be a qualified accounting firm

• Verify debt service requirements for three series of bonds
• Verify mathematical accuracy of escrow cash flow schedules
• Verify yield on Refunding Bonds and escrow securities
• Verify sufficiency of escrow cash flows for bond payments
• Provide verification opinion letter addressed to the Authority
• Pre-verify financial advisor's calculations before bond sale
• Provide verbal verification within three hours on sale date
• Deliver draft written report within 72 hours of bond sale
• Establish Escrow Fund to defease Series 2016A and 2014B Bonds
• Establish Escrow Fund for Series 2021B Bonds
