• Successful peer review report
• No significant regulatory actions in last three years
• Ability to meet required timeline

• Conduct financial audits for three separate entities
• Prepare Form 990 tax returns for all entities
• Review and upload financial information to Corporation for Public Broadcasting
• Attest to CPB financial information by required deadline
• Itemize audit hours and costs in specific format
• Complete fieldwork between September 24 and November 3
• Provide up to 10 bound copies of each audit report
• File Form 8868 for extensions when necessary
• Retain all working papers for three years
• Disclose any regulatory actions against firm in last three years
