• Design diverse university projects ranging from $100,000 to $7,500,000
• Create vision designs for unfunded projects to help with funding opportunities
• Prepare schematic designs and renderings for future projects
• Develop multiple project typologies found in university environments
• Perform construction administration and project closeout
• Produce accurate budget estimates that align with final construction costs
• Develop reports, studies, and design criteria packages
• Manage renovations, alterations, and additions to campus facilities
• Coordinate with university stakeholders on project requirements
• Respond quickly to project requests across a wide budget range
