Buyer is soliciting proposals for financial audit services including comprehensive annual financial reporting and A-133 single audit services. Buyer requires an experienced firm to examine all funds/accounts and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. The contract will be for three years with potential renewal for up to two additional years. Buyer is a two-year community college offering associate degrees, technical certificates, and continuing education.

• 5/6/2025 - Responses to questions
• 5/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/19/2025 - Possible presentations by shortlisted firms
• 5/28/2025 - Notification of Award

• Experience auditing Illinois governmental entities, preferably community colleges
• Experience performing A-133 audits
• Sufficient professional audit staff
• Licensed to practice public accounting in Illinois
• No former employees working at PSC for two years or less

• Perform comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) audit
• Conduct A-133 Single audit for federal programs
• Audit all funds/accounts of the College
• Prepare management letter
• Examine state and federal compliance requirements
• Present audit findings to Board of Trustees
• Upload A-133 audit to Federal Audit Clearinghouse
• Provide 25 copies of each audit report
• Deliver electronic copies of reports
• Complete preliminary fieldwork as requested
