Efficiency Maine Trust

The buyer seeks a qualified bidder to perform database management and technical services for their Efficiency Maine Reporting and Tracking (effRT) database. The contractor will be responsible for hosting, maintaining, and enhancing the database that supports the collection, storage, reporting and analysis of energy efficiency data. The buyer requires proposals for either hosting the existing database or migrating data to an alternate platform. The contract period is expected to run from June 2025 through December 2028.

• Develop transition plan for taking over database management and hosting
• Provide database hosting services including backups, monitoring, and security
• Implement enhancements and custom reports for the database
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance
• Implement web services interface with ISO-NE Energy Efficiency Measure database
• Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery
• Establish ticketing system for tracking enhancement requests and issues
• Provide training and documentation if migrating to new platform
• Maintain uptime of 99.5% during core business hours
• Support transition to new contractor at end of contract period
