The buyer is seeking a fiscal agent to manage and disburse WIOA funds for the South Central Workforce Development Area. The fiscal agent will be responsible for financial management, accounting, reporting, and monitoring of funds. The contract period is for one year with potential annual renewals for up to three additional years. The fiscal agent must ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while working closely with the WDB and service providers.

• Must be a full-service financial management and accounting firm or quasi-government entity
• At least 3 years' experience managing federal contracts of $3 million or more
• Ability to maintain separation between multiple funding sources
• Competency in reporting requirements for federal grants and contracts

• Receive and disburse WIOA funds at WDB direction
• Maintain accounting of all revenue, expenditures, and program income
• Prepare and submit required financial reports
• Conduct annual fiscal monitoring of service providers
• Assist with grant and contract budget preparation
• Provide monthly financial reports to WDB
• Manage cash flow and request cash from DWI
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain internal controls for fiscal integrity
• Provide technical assistance on fiscal matters
