- Conduct analysis of existing 801 Pearl Street building and site
- Evaluate facility conditions including code compliance and building systems
- Lead community engagement and facilitate focus groups
- Assess operational standards of both Library and Museum
- Develop conceptual plans translating program elements into spatial concepts
- Perform test-fit analysis to evaluate placement options
- Document decision-making process and feedback
- Provide cost estimates for potential building configurations
- Present draft plan components to stakeholders
- Finalize comprehensive feasibility report with recommendations
