Turnpike Authority of Kentucky
Buyer requires auditing services for the Turnpike Authority of Kentucky's financial statements in accordance with the Trust Indentures requirements for various bond issues. The auditor will perform financial statement audits, complete Closing Package Forms, and provide reconciliation services. Buyer may also require consultation on bond refunding, new issues, and responses to the Finance Cabinet and State Auditor.

- Prepare statements of cash flows in direct method format
- Perform subsequent events procedures through December 13, 2025
- Issue subsequent events letter to Auditor of Public Accounts
- Communicate significant impact matters to Commonwealth
- Provide consultation regarding bond refunding
- Advise on new bond issues
