- Develop PowerPoint templates for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate photography and video production for storytelling
- Provide strategic communications and crisis management support
- Host monthly planning sessions with NTMWD Communications staff
- Develop messaging for sensitive topics and service incidents
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications platforms
