The solution must include intelligent data management, governance, catalog, quality, integration, and master data management capabilities. The platform will be hosted in Microsoft Azure as part of buyer's OnBoard program. All work must be performed in the contiguous United States with data remaining within CONUS.

• Support data integration across diverse environments
• Ensure data quality through automatic profiling and monitoring
• Provide IDMC overage protection subscription
• Include Premium Success Support subscription
• Provide MasterPass Education licenses
• Supply 400 Tier 2 training units
• Meet encryption requirements using AES256-SHA (256 bit) cipher
• Maintain 99.90% service availability on monthly basis
• Implement disaster recovery with 24-hour RPO and 8-hour RTO
