Buyer seeks an experienced concert production company to produce 13 free concerts for the 2025 Summer Sizzle Concert Series. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of concert production including stage design, setup, audio-visual requirements, and lighting. The vendor must also book, manage, and compensate talent featuring diverse musical genres. Additionally, the vendor will provide support for a Pride Day Event, International Cultural Festival, and Teen Fest at Ruby Dee Park.

• Firm with at least five years of experience providing similar services
• At least three references from clients currently/previously served with similar services
• At least one reference from a similarly sized Municipality

• Book diverse musical artists for 13 summer concerts
• Design and set up concert stage infrastructure
• Provide audio-visual equipment including video wall
• Supply lighting and sound equipment
• Coordinate and manage all concert logistics
• Book multiple artists for International Cultural Festival
• Provide stage and equipment for Pride Day Event
• Supply stage and equipment for Teen Fest Event
• Implement marketing and advertising plan
• Secure all necessary permits and insurance
