Buyer requires a contractor to provide hardware and software support services for their local area network and Wi-Fi network. Services include network monitoring, security maintenance, help desk support, and data backup. Contractor must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST and respond to issues within 15 minutes. The initial contract term is 36 months with possible extension for two additional 12-month periods.

- Minimum five consecutive years experience in LAN and Wi-Fi network management
- Maintain permanent office and service facility on Oahu
- Hold applicable licenses and/or certifications
- Setup meetings with management to understand existing issues and challenges
- Assess existing hardware and provide recommendations for replacements
- Update documentation including network diagram and hardware inventory
- Monitor and maintain servers and workstations
- Provide proactive maintenance and security updates
- Keep service packs, patches, and hotfixes current
- Ensure anti-virus definitions are updated
- Monitor hard drives and memory space
- Maintain inventory and warranty management
- Provide basic help desk support
- Document and maintain network diagram
- Ensure office connectivity to Internet
- Perform daily data backups
- Respond within 15 minutes of problem notification
- Resolve critical issues within 30 minutes
