• No conflict of interest with other work for the District
• Local and/or Special District Government auditing experience
• Meets insurance requirements

• Audit District's basic financial statements
• Audit OPEB Trust's basic financial statements
• Audit Pension Trust Fund's schedule of pension amounts
• Perform internal control analysis
• Assist with implementing GASB statements
• Express opinion on Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards
• Conduct Single Audit
• Print and deliver copies of ACFRs
• Provide recommendations for increasing SAP financial capabilities
• Communicate emerging issues affecting the District
