• Must be an appropriately licensed Certified Public Accounting firm
• Staff must have extensive experience with GASB and FASB standards
• Knowledge of Single Audit requirements under OMB Uniform Guidance
• Experience with large, not-for-profit healthcare systems and academic institutions
• Ability to provide at least three relevant customer references

• Perform annual comprehensive financial statement audit
• Conduct reviews for SACSCOC compliance
• Provide audit services for CPRIT grant recipients
• Perform Title IV Program performance audit
• Deliver audited financial statements by December 15th
• Offer consulting services for financial analysis and forecasting
• Assist with complex accounting transactions and standards compliance
• Provide tax services including preparation and filing of forms
• Offer temporary staffing for accounting professionals
• Conduct operational efficiency and risk management reviews
