The buyer is seeking proposals for certified audit services. The buyer requires a Financial Compliance Audit conducted in accordance with specific standards and guidelines. The audit will cover fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period with two one-year renewal options.

• Conduct Financial Compliance Audit in accordance with AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide
• Follow GASB Codification of Governmental Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
• Adhere to GAO-Governmental Auditing Standards
• Comply with provisions of OMB Circular A-133 Compliance Supplement
• Perform other tests of accounting data and procedures as necessary
• Conduct certified audit for fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027
• Provide services as an independent auditor
• Prepare for potential two one-year renewal options
• Allow for contract termination with 90-day written notice prior to year-end
• Adapt to potential changes in audit requirements over the contract period
