The buyer is seeking a qualified company or individual to provide management services for the Walter Gerrells Performing Arts Center. The selected contractor will manage all aspects of facility operations, including booking, staffing, maintenance, and marketing. The contract will be for one year with options to renew for an additional three years. The buyer aims to increase utilization of the civic center and enhance associated economic, cultural, and social benefits for the community.

• Develop and publish rules, regulations, and fee schedules for facility use
• Coordinate, facilitate and schedule use of the facility
• Provide janitorial and maintenance services to keep facility clean and in good repair
• Market and promote the facility to increase utilization
• Manage booking procedures and operational procedures
• Provide staffing including custodial, clerical, technical, and security personnel
• Maintain public liability insurance and other relevant business insurances
• Provide monthly operational and financial reports
• Collaborate with City on facility maintenance and improvements
• Manage use of facility by City, University, and non-profit groups at discounted rates
