The buyer seeks an experienced contractor to manage implementation and execution of a comprehensive direct marketing and media campaign. The campaign will inform District residents about the new Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health hospital opening in Spring 2025. Marketing efforts will focus on residents in Wards 7 & 8 and East of the Anacostia River. The contractor will use various direct and indirect marketing methods to create awareness of the new hospital and its services.

- Five years experience creating advertising campaigns in DC metro area
- Five years experience with public health or hospital marketing campaigns
- Experience with complex advertising campaigns in DC
- Experience working with public sector healthcare organizations
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and media campaign
- Create awareness of new hospital opening and services
- Target marketing to residents in Wards 7 & 8 and East of Anacostia River
- Coordinate out-of-home, traditional, and digital marketing deliverables
- Manage project implementation plan and timeline
- Track and report on marketing metrics and outcomes
